Meet the Staff

Kirsty is the owner and Manager of the Pre-school.  Kirsty is the Forest School Leader to the pre-school which runs the Forest School Session at Lousehill Copse. She is one of the Designated Safeguarding Officer. Kirsty was first started  as a Registered Childminder in 2006. She gained an 'Outstanding' grade in her last inspection. As a childminder I gained my Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young  People's Workforce as well as Paediarric First Aid, and Food Safety.

'I have worked in childcare for the last 13 years, I was a childminder for 10 years before following Amanda's and my dream to open a pre-school. I believe that a good quality early year's education is important for children to make a good start in life and passionate about providing this I like to follow children's interest when planning activities and love watching children learn and develop'
